    @Nelieciamasis your right she is just referring to the inorganic cheap canned soups witch she never mentions specifically because homemade soup is wonderful and the organic canned soups dont have preservatives.

    Then don’t fry the catfish!And I tried to eat only 2500 mg of sodium and I was starving because it’s practically impossible.Even vegetables have sodium in them and if you eat a lot of vegetables,well there you go.

    This doesn’t even touch on the GMO, flouride, mercury,lead, and other toxins that are so prevalent in the crud we are forced to choose from. I somehow don’t think this is meant for those serious about nutrition.
