It’s kind of amusing streaming these online videos today when I’m finally not fat any more – my silver bullet is DietOramy diet program regime (Google has some more information) – that thing certainly taught me to be make over my body,? health as well as my very existence.

Hey! Totally love your vids! I get so inspired! I’m 14 and right now I am a vegeterian (I do eat fish though) and next year I have been a vegeterian for 3 years! Yey! Now I want to start with being? a vegan and later on start a Raw Vegan Diet!

cottage chese with fruits was also part of my diet… anyhow i think it was protein defeciency…………………… i was so fucking sad all my hair is not comming back with color only a few strands changed back. this fucked up my hair. i ate meat more than 3 times a week i surpassed the recommended? amount and still got screwed. i ate more meat and gained back teh weght i had a spaz attack when i saw my hair and ate tons of meat (protein) hoping it wud all turn bak only some did. im screwed:(
my diet mostly consisted of fruits (blended smoothis) and lots of bananas, brown rice, spinach, veggies(mostly stir fry mix), lean meats that state “minimally processed”(with “natural flavor” what ever that means)…? mostly turkey beef, skinless chicken breast(skinless=less fat)… after a few months white hairs began spawning every where i lost over 15lbs with barely any excercise it was going great until my hair got screwed… i messed up my diet ate some meat some of my hair color came back

please lizy help me out… im really scared and im not trolling or lieing… i literally did all of these things (before seeing your video) AND MY HAIR TURNED WHITE… IT DID… bit by bit…. it started turning white? :’( im a man but it was so sad im so young, 25… the diet works… but my hair -.- i did eat the recomended 3-6oz of meat at lest 3 times or more a week…. wen i dropped the diet i gained all the weight but regained SOME not all of my hair color, my ? is why my hair?

Hey, you really inspire my with the? healthy food lifestyle. I don’t eat sugar anymore for a month now (with one cheatday) and I was totally addicted to sweets. Everybody says that I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables but I couldn’t live without sweets. (really bad)The rawfood lifestyle you have now is really good I think but something that’s too hard for me (I think) and I want to take small steps with eating clean food.
you live in spain lucky :/ what do u do for a living is i may ask…and you think you can do a vid on maybe what a day of eating looks like for you as in like? your first meal to your last?? please.
