Hey guys, Yuri Elkaim here, welcome to another episode of ask Yuri and today we will be talking on, How to lose weight? There has been many questions on the topic of losing weights and specific kind of question , instead of providing single video for all of these different weight loss question as far as there is somesubstance one video to answer to the question ones it for all . So, the question is how do I lose weight ? You know, whatever your situation is, if you want to gain weight, you want to lose weight, if you are looking for no matter to score, whatever it is . You are required to mention it atleast half a million times and i am required to appeal to what I can do .

So, When you are doing physically or mentally I am going to discuss 3 keys that will help you . Physically, you need to do saturation training, strength training at least 3 times a week . 3 to 4, that’s pretty much all you need. 3 to 4 strength training physical exercises, full body movements that is going to have lot of muscle mass convoluted to stimulate developing new muscle s so that, you pushed some more tableism, few muscles fuse with the tableism, tableism counts for 70% of how many kilogram calories you burnt on the daily footing. Third thing, you need to eat well, you need to eat clean Diet, if you have a tense to pack on weights, and you need to really very careful what you are putting into your body. Because it is the intensity that packs on weight, you have to be, you know, you can’t really have cheap taste every single day. I have been locution that, you need to have clean I have said that 85 to 90% of the time, the other 10% of the time you can have your cheap meals, cheap taste, but really looking for more raw foods, eating more fruits and vegetables, limiting the dairy, not limiting climax greens into your Diet, healthy animal protein if you needed, but if you could move more towards the vegan Diet it is going to help you from the Health prospective, it is a good thing to lose weight. But if you are going more towards the vegetarian Diet this doesn’t mean that you importune on breads, pastas and other grains. It means more vegetables and more fruit, like seeds if you want.

The thing to do with Diet is that, it is kind of fluctuating your calories, so one day you have very low calorie consumption, the next you have very high intake, the next day you have metier intake, it is kind of sake to do that. It is kind of interval training through diet, where your days are with higher calories in, and other days with lower calories in. It is kind of, never let your body adjust in, it is kind of hormone adaptations which fluctuates during the time as well, which I should favor of dazzling the fat. So, those were the three recommendations that really make if you want to lose your weight. If you guys, I don’t, I don’t want to make yourself interested because for lot of people it is not.  But really it becomes down through. You have to do workout, you have to do right type of the workouts, and you have to do well.
