Exercise, losing weight and having a strict low fat Diet can help you diagnose this symptoms, since one of the causes of having a fatty liver is the fat build up of your body and the excess of it goes and develops at the liver since the excess fat pass through the liver before it goes to the blood stream.

There are 3 main causes of fatty livers;

1. excessive drinking of alcohol -

People who drink too much alcohol are likely to have this diseases and eventually may lead to another disease.

a. For people who have this disease through excessive alcohol drinking, they should stop drinking alcohol, or minimize until they do not drink anymore. all things will be bad by abusing your body through excessive drinking of alcohol, there will be a possibility for it to lead into something worse.

b. For people who are suffering from obesity and diabetes, exercise and having a low fat Diet can make you lose that fatty liver. Since fatty liver is caused by excess fat build ups which eventually the liver will develop it too. Exercise and having a low fat Diet can really help, and as much as possible stay away from fatty foods when you are into the Diet programs.
