The fastest way to lose weight is to fast your self for 3 days. Eating nothing but cabbage and drinking nothing but water. If you can keep this up for 3 days then you should expect to lose 10 pounds. Make sure that when you stop fasting you do not go run to eat everything in sight but then to rather slowly ease into it.
You can also try running 30 minutes a day for 10 days and drink water and eat nothing but green leafy veggies. This is another form of fasting but not as severe. Everyone can lose weight and it just takes a little hard work and determination. Make sure that when you are trying to lose weight you give up soda and beer, candy and chips, make sure to prepare your own food and workout everyday also be sure to try and stay active with things like sports, walking, hard labor work, fun activities.
