Hey guys, Yuri Elkaim here with another chronological sequence of ask Yuri , today we are talking about Raw food and alimentation, will be there question for you. Yuri is it ok, if we do take meat sometimes when we are on raw food Diet ? That’s, that’s question and he has put the sushi schedule, ok. Well, let me offset of all say that, sushi is fine, it is nothing unsuitable in that.

You should not penned yourself  by saying that I am raw foodist or I am 90% raw or I am 100% raw, I never believe all this things, I am not a raw foodist . The only thing that matters is that when you eat it should be healthy and eating is great for lower body . So, In meat, i personally eat fish most of times . May be in two ways to 3 times a week wholly . Last night I had a burger, it was really a big burger, I don’t feel bad about that and I am not going to lie about that. I mean, I more of promote eating vegan Diet, raw vegan Diet . I believe it is important to move towards more plant founded foods, but I won’t be lying to you saying that I never eat meat; I had a burger last night, at the night before I had really very very nice piece of sandwich.

So, don’t move if your body necessarily meat, then that’s fine . Then just don’t make it 3 times a day, 7 days a week habit because the determents of the lot of animal protein in the body, especially when you are acquiring to the red meats is not you don’t want it to be impregnable, you don’t want that. If you going to help me, I will recommend personally to go for lot of fish that will better afford you, but again don’t worry about needing to be a raw foodist and that’s what you want to do. Believe me, I give all my credits in the world to individual who can be raw 100%, the time, I think it is amazing. You can see them in the skin, you can see them rise, you are going to ask them, no.

I believe personally that eating Raw food diet such as fruits and vegetables is the way to go into the raw extract, right? I tried in minimum 10 servings of fruits and vegetables a day and that comes to Salads, smoothies, just fruit on its and if I feel like having a piece of fish or a burger, then I have that occasionally which is a Healthy eating advice. Yes, that is entirely fine, sushi is fine, and having meat is ok. But just make sure if you are having meat, having meat, if you are having fish you don’t want to eat, people talking about organic fish. What is organic mean? Organic fish means it is pretty much burned with organic feel. Don’t look for that, go for a wild fish that are out of the ocean, you know, you better off, right. I will see some mercury; you know some PCBs and such kind of stuffs.

Tried to get in the smaller fish, expected better off, they are amazing. I just recently started to fall for another fish, very very small biological toxins. If you are eating land based animals beef try keeping beef, bison and stuff like that. Make sure it is a grass fed. Do not get in to the cereal feed, anti biotic stuff, it should be grass fed or organic, that’s what you have to go afterward, cheer for chickens, organic feed, free run chickens, you know, that’s all it for.

So, hopefully I have helped you out and remember eat alive and you will fly, that is my motto.
