Brutally Honest Exercise and Diet Journal – How to Destroy 25 Pounds of Fat in 3 Months

In 3 months time you can lose 25 pounds or more so pay attention! No, this has nothing to do with any new wonder weight loss pill or hypnosis to teach you to love rabbit food and hate Hagen Dazs. Instead, if you follow the common sense plan outlined below you will lose at least 2 pounds per week and 2 pounds of fat loss per week equates to about 25 pounds over 3 months. Read this a few times and then decide if you are ready to destroy the fat the realistic and permanent way.
- Start a journal today. Exercise and Diet journal, weight loss journal, food and calorie counting journal. Call it what you want but the key is brutal honesty (or don’t bother!).
- Create a list of the foods that you enjoy.
- Track every food, drink and Nutrition item you intake including quantity, calorie equivalent, and time of day.
- Record any exercise you are getting and the time of day.
- Eat 5 times a day, with much smaller portions and cut out ALL snacking outside of those 5 meals.
- Watch your daily weight gain/loss. If it does not go down, note what you are eating and doing and adjust accordingly. If it goes down, continue on that track!
Reducing your calorie count by 1000 calories per day will be equal to about 2 pounds of fat loss per week. This alone gets you to losing the 25 pounds you want gone in just 3 months!
For extra good measure cut out the processed sugars, processed foods in general, dining out at fast food restaurants. And eliminate the soda pop!
