Any type of food or other products containing these ingredients are not to be given to those suffering from celiac disease. This means also avoiding cereal, beer, pasta and grains.
To avoid sounding like a long list of foods to avoid you can have soy, bean flour and rice. This is an easier diet to follow than you may think due to the fact that you are able to substitute products containing gluten with organic and natural foods. Even farmers are becoming aware of gluten in their crops and are making efforts to reduce the amount of gluten if possible.
Farmers are not the only ones who are concerned with gluten enriched foods. Other companies are also considering how they will be able to market these products so that the taste and quality is being improved in gluten free products.
